During this Aroma Breathwork, Yin Yoga & Sound healing Workshop you will surrender to deep rest of the body. When the summer slowly comes to an end, we may allow ourselves to connect back to ourselves and find deep stillness within. During this workshop, you will receive drops of essential oil to deepen your meditation. Grounding practices, poses to stretch the connective tissue and sound healing to fully surrender.
