Online Halloween Cacao Ceremony, Yin Yoga & Tantric Breathwork

During this online cacao ceremony & tantric breathwork session we dive deep into the power of the feminine and spiritual awakening.
The name Halloween was first used in 16th century Scotland. It is a corruption of All Hallows’ Even, the evening before All Saints’ Day. Samhain was an important time of the year for the Celts. It marked the end of summer and the beginning of winter, a time of darkness and cold.
We dive into a period of stillness, soft feminine energy. During this class, you will need ceremonial cacao (30 gram), a cup of tea, a yogamat, cushion, blanket and maybe some pumpkins or autumnal decoration for your altar.
