Every Thursday I give Live Online Yin, Flow & Breath classes from 10.30 – 11:45 CET.
During these classes we practice deep grounding breathwork, yin yoga & flow practices that help you strengthen your body from feminine softness. Among other things, this helps you to connect with your feminine essence.
Your breath is guided deep into your pelvis, movement sets you free. We practice deep stretches to release stress and emotions from the connective tissue in your body. The focus is on softening in the feminine yin energy. But also the power to let the energy flow, to move and to feel free again. Any man or woman can participate. Exercises to open your heart and let the energy flow, and grounding exercises to come home to yourself.
If you have just given birth, this class will support you to regain your strength at a relaxed pace. As a new mom, I know how hard it can be to feel pain or have less strength in the body. But as a certified yoga teacher, I also know how I can guide you to a body that feels balanced, powerful and relaxed again.
My name is Joyce Mol. Founder, writer and teacher at Mind Events Factory. As a certified yoga teacher with yin as the main focus, I like to guide women to their soft essence. In the past 5 years I have guided many people to deep relaxation with yin yoga, flow yoga and breathwork. Men and women. And even children. We don’t need so much outside of ourselves. Your breath and movement help you free from physical and emotional blockages. I take you through exercises based on Chinese medicine, ancient wisdom in yoga, gods and Buddhist goddesses, fascia therapy.
I am also a certified pregnancy teacher and mom & baby yoga teacher. Feel free to join if you are pregnant or with your baby, online if you don’t have a sitter. The baby will also feel relaxed when you practice together, and I’ll be happy to guide you through the process.
You can register for a single class if you want to participate. Thursday morning, you will receive the link to the zoom class.
