On the 23 of December I organize a Year End Cacao Ceremony, Yin Yoga & Moodboard Creation Workshop in Puy L’évêque from 10AM – 12PM.
The Cacao Ceremony will support us to tune in with our hearts, what are you longing for? What are you grateful for in 2023? And what would you like to attract in 2024?
We practice some breathing exercises, yin yoga postures, to open our hearts and ground deeply within our bodies. This will support you to connect with the feelings of your desires. After this practice, we dive into the mood board creation.
