I’m Joyce — a mother, yoga teacher, and fascia-therapy practitioner with years of experience in trauma-related bodywork, consciousness, and breath.

After my own journey through healing, birth, and rediscovering my connection to the body, I created this program to share the practices that truly helped me — and hundreds of women — release, restore, and feel whole again.

My approach combines knowledge of the physical body with the sensitivity of the energetic and emotional layers — so that your healing happens on all levels.
