Do you want to practice yoga in the Lot Department in France? You are more than welcome to attend my group yoga classes or private classes.
Yoga supports you to relax physically and mentally. It supports the strength in your muscles and improves flexbility. Yoga is for all ages and genders. No one is to old or too young. And being flexible is not needed. The invitation is to learn about your body and your boundaries. You will experience that you will create flexibility during the class.
During your holiday or stay in the Lot, you are more than welcome to attend one of my Weekly Yoga Classes or Journées Bien-être (day retreats). And if you live in the lot and want to practice yoga in a group, you are welcome to join the classes.
My name is Joyce Mol, and I am a certified Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Teacher and Soundhealer. My style of teaching is a combination of Yin Yoga, Flow Yoga and Breathwork. Which means it is a combination of relaxation, strength and breathing techniques. This will support you to relax and strengthen the muscles and tissues in your body, improve your level of oxygen in the body and relaxation. We also practice mindfulness techniques, mantra’s and mudra’s (yoga for the hands).
Group Yoga Classes in the Lot in France
In the season I give yoga classes on 2 campings in Puy L’évêque and Montcabrier.
Thursdays from 10.00 – 11.00 Yoga at Camping Déjà vu in Montcabrier from 29th of June until 28 September (on a field in the forest)
Fridays from 10.00 – 11.00 Yoga at Camping les Vignes in Puy L’évêque from 14th July until 18th of August (at the beach with a view on the river)
Classes are outdoor in nature.

Private Classes
I also give private yoga in the lot in France in combination with soundhealing at my home in Puy L’évêque which you can book via the online calendar, and it is possible to hire me on your venue for private (group) classes and workshops if you have guests.
