My name is Joyce Mol. I am a breathwork, yoga teacher, womb keeper, moon goddess and cacao ceremony facilitator. I am located in the South of France in the Lot Department at the Lot River. This beautiful surrounding is the perfect spot to go back to nature. Finding yourself in slow living. Deep rough nature. Close to the natural elements of water, wood, fire, air and space.

- July: between 19-22 July
- August: between 12-21 August
Dates are variable. If you want to come 3 or 5 nights for example. This is possible. We create the retreat that you need at this moment based on your desires.
Prices are variable as well. You can think about €120,00 per night if you stay at our home including food and yoga, breathwork & soundhealing activities. But based on other activities outdoor prices may vary. Write in your request what you love to do in your retreat. It is also possible to come with a RV.
To give you some ideas I made a list of activities:
- Daily yoga / breathwork
- Soundhealing with crystal bowls & drum
- Womb healing
- Cacao ceremony
- Create your own mandala or colouring / painting mandala’s
- Stand Up Paddle Boarding at the Lot River / SUP Yoga at the Lot River
- Swimming in lakes or the river
- Relaxing by the river or in our garden
- Relaxing in the jacuzzi at our home
- Reading a book or magazine
- Working on your own projects, book, etc.
- Hiking through the vineyards (many choices on which I can advise you)
- Visiting wine domains / wine tasting (many choices on which I can advise you) – extra costs might be added
- Visiting bigger cities close by (Cahors, Bergerac, Toulouse) – extra costs might be added
- Dinner outdoor in restaurants or chateau’s – extra costs might be added
We have a room available in our home with 2 single beds in which you can stay alone or together with a friend.

You can come by plane to Bergerac or with your own car / RV. We have a RV spot at our home as well.
