On the 11th of December I organize a Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork & Moodboard Creation Workshop from 10AM – 13PM in Sauveterre La-Lémance at the Yogaloft.
The Cacao Ceremony & Breathwork practices will support us to tune in with our hearts, what are you longing for in 2026? What would you like to attract in 2026? Manifesting your dreams by connecting with your body & soul. Feeling the desires before going into the Moodboard Workshop.
We practice some breathing exercises, movements & sound to open our hearts and ground deeply within our bodies. This will support you to connect with the feelings of your desires. After this practice, we dive into the mood board creation.
