Feminine Embodiment · Private Mentorship

You hold so much for others. Let yourself be held, too.

Twelve weeks of personal, body-based guidance for women who spend their days caring, leading and supporting — and who are ready to make real room for themselves.

You are good at caring. People lean on you — your clients, your team, your family. You read a room before anyone has said hello.

You have the books, the trainings, the tools. You know what helps. And still, when the last session ends, part of you keeps working. A conversation replays. A message waits to be answered. Your mat stays rolled up in the corner — not because you doubt its value, but because someone or something always seems to come first.

Perhaps nothing is wrong. Your life may be full and good. And yet there is a quieter part of you asking for attention: for rest that is truly rest, for pleasure, for creative space, for the desires you haven’t had time to hear.

This mentorship is for that part of you.

The invitation

Guidance for you — the woman, not the role

For twelve weeks, the attention turns towards you. Not as a professional, a mother or the one who keeps everything running — simply as yourself.

Together we develop a more attentive relationship with your body, your boundaries and your desires, and we find practical, realistic ways to make space for yourself in daily life.

What we work towards

A gentle transition between your working day and your own time, so your evening can truly begin.

Noticing earlier when you need a pause — and allowing yourself to take it.

Practising choice and boundaries in movement: going less deep, staying, leaving, saying no.

A rhythm of rest and personal practice that fits your actual week, not an ideal one.

Recognising what you enjoy, and giving it more room in your life.

These are intentions, not promises. Every woman moves through them in her own way, at the pace her body sets.

The approach

The body leads. Conversation walks alongside.

Each session weaves conversation with guided practice. We talk about what is moving in your life, and then we let your body take part in the answer.

Depending on what you need, practice may include supported Yin yoga, gentle fascia release, breath awareness and simple breathing exercises, meditation and reflection. Through small choices during practice — how deep, how long, whether to stay — we explore boundaries in a way you can feel, not only think about. If it calls to you, we can include womb-focused attention or ritual.

You are always free to adapt, pause or decline any exercise. Your yes and your no are both part of the practice.

Your Vedic birth chart

As part of the mentorship you receive a personal Vedic birth chart reading. I offer it as a reflective lens rather than a prediction: a way of looking at your natural rhythms, your gifts, and the places where you tend to over-give.

The reading is rooted in returning to a culture of soft feminine power — a strength that doesn’t need to harden in order to hold.

On the word “feminine”

There is no prescribed way to be a woman here. For me, feminine embodiment means giving receptivity, sensuality, creativity and rest a place alongside everything you already are — your ambition, your clarity, your leadership.

You explore what resonates with you, in your own language and at your own pace.

What’s included

The journey

Arrive. Explore. Integrate.

The twelve weeks follow a gentle shape rather than a fixed timetable. We adjust as life happens.

Weeks 1–4

Arrive

We begin with your opening session and your birth chart reading. We look at how your days really unfold, where your energy goes and what you long for. Your first home practice is short and simple — small enough to actually happen.

Weeks 5–8

Explore

We go deeper into the body: fascia, breath, rest, boundaries and pleasure. We notice what shifts when you give yourself time, and what tends to get in the way. Your practice evolves with you.

Weeks 9–12

Integrate

We bring what you have discovered into ordinary life — your transitions, your week, your choices. You leave with a continuation plan that is yours to keep.

Is this for you?

This mentorship may suit you if…

  • you spend much of your day attentive to other people’s needs, and would like to receive that kind of attention yourself;
  • you already know a great deal about personal growth, and want to live it in your body rather than add more knowledge;
  • you prefer practical, realistic rituals to a complete overhaul of your life;
  • you are curious about softness, pleasure and rest as sources of strength.

Many of the women I accompany are coaches, therapists, founders and practitioners. But the mentorship is open to any woman who wants to go deeper within herself.

Your guide

Hello, I’m Joyce

I am a yoga teacher, Yin & Fascia Therapy teacher, breathwork guide and womb facilitator, and the author of Feminine Embodiment. My training includes Yin yoga with a specialisation in fascia and the Five Elements, Anatomy Trains, and Vedic astrology and Ayurveda. I live in the Lot Valley in the South of France, where I host retreats, and I guide women online from all over the world.

Alongside this, I have spent years working behind the scenes as a marketing, tech and business manager for coaches, therapists and healthcare companies. I know the rhythm of that work from the inside — the client calls, the launches, the inboxes, the quiet expectation to always be available.

This means I can guide you on two levels. Personally, through the body: your rest, your boundaries, your desires. And professionally, where your work shapes your life: how you hold boundaries with clients, how you structure your week, how you show up and grow your practice in a way that feels true to you.

The mentorship is open to every woman who wants to go deeper within herself. If you work with people, that business perspective is there whenever it serves you.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do I need yoga or embodiment experience?+

No. Everything is adapted to you, whether you have practised for years or are just beginning. Experience can be a lovely foundation, but it isn’t a requirement.

How does it work online?+

Our sessions take place by video call. You need a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, a mat or soft surface, and a few cushions and a blanket. I guide you through each practice with words and demonstration, and your audio recordings support you in between.

How much time will it take?+

Besides our seven sessions over twelve weeks, you have your home practice. We shape it together around your real schedule — the aim is something sustainable, not another obligation on your list.

What support do I have between sessions?+

You send one email check-in each week, and I reply on the response day we agree at the start. This keeps our connection steady while protecting your rhythm — and mine. It is not an on-call or emergency service.

I’m a coach or therapist. Is this right for me?+

Very likely, yes — this space is for you personally, so you get to receive rather than facilitate. It isn’t professional training or clinical supervision. With my background as a marketing, tech and business manager for coaches, therapists and healthcare companies, I can also guide you on a business level — your client boundaries, your rhythm of work, the way you show up — so that your practice supports your life instead of consuming it.

Do I need to believe in astrology?+

No. The birth chart reading is offered as a reflective lens and a starting point for conversation. Take from it what resonates and leave the rest.

Is this therapy?+

No. This is body-based wellbeing guidance and does not replace medical or psychological care. If you are currently receiving such care, you are welcome to continue alongside our work.

You don’t have to earn the right to be cared for.

If something in these words feels like an exhale, I would love to hear from you. In a relaxed, private conversation we talk about where you are, what you are longing for, and whether this mentorship is the right support for you now.

No pressure, no obligation — just a first moment of making room for yourself.

With warmth, Joyce
