A Sacred Gathering
Come home
to yourself
“This is not a holiday. It is a homecoming.”
Nestled among ancient limestone cliffs and the silver ribbon of the Lot river, Puy-l’Évêque holds the kind of beauty that asks something of you. Something softer. Something true.
For five days we gather in a centuries-old estate, in the company of women who are ready — ready to slow down, to breathe deeply, to move with intention, and to remember who they are beneath the doing.
Through Yin Yoga, Somatic Breathwork, Fascia Therapy, Cacao Ceremony and a sacred pilgrimage to Rocamadour, we create space for the feminine essence to unfold.
What’s included
Five days of full immersion
Everything is taken care of — so you can arrive and simply be.
Daily morning practice to open the body, settle the nervous system and arrive fully in the present moment.
Transformative breathwork sessions to release held emotion, access deeper states and awaken vitality.
Hands-on bodywork that softens deeply-held tension stored in the connective tissue — the body’s memory.
A heart-opening ritual with ceremonial cacao to invite presence, connection and deep feminine knowing.
Sacred day trip to the cliffside sanctuary of the Black Madonna — one of the most powerful sites in France.
All meals prepared with love — a beautiful blend of Ayurvedic, carb-free and French culinary traditions.
Four nights in the estate’s beautiful gîte — shared rooms available with full use of the pool, terrace and grounds.
Oracle card readings, sharing circles, sound healing and space to simply rest under the Lot Valley stars.
Nourishment
Food as
sacred ritual
Every meal is an offering — prepared with intention, served with care, eaten in presence.
We eat to nourish, not just to fill. Our kitchen draws on three beautiful traditions: the wisdom of Ayurveda — seasonal, warming, grounding; the lightness of a carb-free approach that keeps your energy steady through practice; and the simple, abundant pleasure of French cuisine in the South-West.
Think golden soups with local herbs, vibrant bowls eaten beside the water, long lunches in the shade of old stone walls, and evenings that end with something sweet and unrushed. All dietary needs lovingly accommodated.
Sacred Excursion
Rocamadour &
the Black Madonna
One of the most visited pilgrimage sites in all of Europe — and one of the most deeply feminine.
Built into a sheer limestone cliff 150 metres above the Alzou canyon, Rocamadour is one of France’s most breathtaking places. For over a thousand years, pilgrims have made their way here to sit before the Black Madonna — a small, ancient figure carved from walnut wood, dark with the smoke of centuries of candles.
“Femme, pourquoi pleures-tu ?”
— inscription at the Rocamadour sanctuary
“Woman, why do you weep?” These words carved in stone at the sanctuary speak directly to something ancient in us. In this sacred space, we come to lay down what we carry, to receive, and to be witnessed.
Our excursion includes the journey through the canyon, the ancient pilgrimage route up to the chapels, time in silence before the Madonna, and space to integrate whatever arises. It is often the most profound day of the retreat.
