Description
A 4-Week Live Monday Morning Embodiment Ritual
What if your week didn’t begin in tension?
What if Monday felt like a return —
instead of a rush?
So many women begin their week already contracted.
Planning. Thinking. Holding.
Leaving the body behind before the day has even begun.
Softening Into Spring is a live 4-week embodiment container inspired by my book Feminine Embodiment.
A weekly ritual where we gather to slow down your nervous system,
soften fascia and breath,
and begin the week from presence instead of pressure.
This space is for you if:
– Mondays often feel heavy or overwhelming
– You live mostly in your head and long to feel grounded in your body
– You are sensitive, intuitive, and easily overstimulated
– You crave softness, rhythm, and cyclical awareness
– You want your week to start from intention, not survival
You don’t need to fix yourself.
You don’t need more discipline.
You need a place to land.
What we’ll practice together
Each week includes:
• Gentle nervous system regulation
• Yin-inspired fascia softening
• Breath and body awareness
• Feminine rhythm & cyclical reflection
• A closing ritual to anchor your week
This is not performance.
This is presence.

Week 3 — Rhythm & Feminine Flow
Reclaiming cyclical energy instead of linear pressure.

Why this container exists
Embodiment isn’t something you achieve once.
It’s something you return to.
Again and again.
This space is your weekly reminder that:
Your body is allowed to lead.
Your week can begin gently.
Softness is strength.
