Yin Yoga, Fascia Therapy & Breathwork in the Lot

Feel welcome for a relaxing yin yoga, flow, fascia therapy and breathwork class at the Riverside in Puy L’évêque. A relaxing and renewing class to start your morning with. Yin Yoga is a form of yoga in which we hold postures from 3-5 minutes. This supports the flexility and strength of the connective tissue. In some poses we use fascia ball too. Which brings a deeper effect on the connective tissue and brings you deeper inside your body. It is supportive to release emotional and physical imbalances. And is very effective with chronic pain, tinitus, physical trauma after surgery and emotional trauma.

This class can be joined by everyone who is interested in learning more about yin yoga, fascia therapy and breathwork.

Bring your own mat if desired, water, and a blanket (I have yoga mats enough) tell me if you don’t have one.
