Welcome to my page! My name is Joyce Mol, living in the South of France since 2022 with my little family.

Since 2017 I work remotely for several remote companies all over the world. On this blog I like to share articles about remote work, health and traveling.

Besides that, I am a certified yoga teacher, breath work therapist and with a great interest in fascia therapy and movement therapy. In the past years I’ve done a lot of studies and I love to combine all of my knowledge in my classes, workshops and retreats.

My signature training is yin & fascia therapy. Because this brings a deep inner knowing and healing for body and mind.

I love to host sessions with feminine rituals, tantric breathwork, rite of the womb, cacao ceremonies and soundhealing.
