This May, I’m opening my garden for an intimate cacao ceremony. A Friday afternoon held softly, in a circle of four. A space to step out of the week, out of your head, and back into yourself.

Through the warmth of ceremonial cacao, breathwork, and somatic movement, you will be guided home — to the quiet that lives beneath the noise. To the part of you that has been waiting.

Spring asks us to emerge. To let what was dormant finally bloom.
