This June, as the days reach their longest, I’m opening my garden for an intimate summer ceremony. A Friday afternoon for a circle of four women — to pause, to breathe, and to come back to the body that has been carrying it all.

Through ceremonial cacao, breathwork, and somatic movement under the open sky, you will be gently guided inward. Into the warmth that is already yours. Into the softness the summer light invites.

The season is full. And so are you.
This afternoon is an invitation to put it all down for a while — and simply arrive.
