Thursday Morning Yoga in Prayssac

Slow down. Breathe. Reconnect with your body.

Every Thursday morning I open my garden in Prayssac for a gentle yoga practice where we soften the body, release tension in the fascia, and start the day with presence.

This class is a slow and nourishing combination of Yin Yoga, fascia release and conscious breathing. The practice helps the nervous system settle while gradually opening the body.

Instead of pushing or performing, we move slowly and listen to what the body needs.

When the weather allows, we practice outside in the garden, surrounded by nature. In colder weather we move inside in an intimate home setting.

This is a small group experience where there is space to truly land in your body.

What is Yin & Fascia Flow?

Fascia is the connective tissue that runs through the entire body. When fascia becomes tight or dehydrated, it can create stiffness, tension and a feeling of being “stuck” in the body.

Yin & Fascia Flow works with slow movements, long-held postures and gentle pulsing to hydrate and soften this connective tissue.

The result is often:

• more mobility
• deeper relaxation
• improved circulation
• a calmer nervous system
• a deeper connection with your body

Who is this class for?

This class is suitable for:

• beginners and experienced yogis
• people who feel stiffness or tension in the body
• anyone wanting a slower, more conscious form of yoga
• those looking to reconnect with their body in a gentle way

No flexibility is required — only curiosity and the willingness to slow down.

  • Chateau collaborations for high-end wellness experiences

Every session is crafted to meet the energy and intention of your group or event, grounded in my unique approach that combines Breathwork, Yin Yoga, Flow, Fascia Therapy & Ritual.

Price for groups on location will be discussed based on the size of the group, travel costs and use of mats and props.

This year I have availability until end of June 2025 and after September 15 for workshops at location.
