Exploring Moon Cycles and Menstruation: Unveiling the Connection

Throughout history, the moon has been a symbol of feminine energy. And its relationship with the menstrual cycle has fascinated cultures around the world. The average length of a menstrual cycle closely aligns with the lunar cycle. With both ranging from approximately 28 to 30 days.
