Welcome to my page! I am a certified yoga teacher, breath work therapist and with a great interest in fascia therapy and movement therapy. In the past years i’ve done a lot of studies and I love to combine all of my knowledge in my classes, workshops and retreats.
My signature training is yin & fascia therapy. Because this brings a deep inner knowing and healing for body and mind.
Besides that I love to host sessions with feminine rituals, tantric breathwork, rite of the womb, cacao ceremonies and soundhealing.
