How long can I practice with a yoni egg?

In the beginning, it is best not to do a yoni egg exercise for more than 10 minutes. The pelvic floor muscles need time to get used to the weight, the exercises and the energy you generate and release in this area. Subconsciously, many women store emotions in the pelvic area. This can also release a lot of energy and emotion. So give yourself space to build it up slowly. Feel how the more you practice, the longer you may be able to carry the egg.

Can I use a yoni egg during pregnancy?

It is better not to use the yoni egg when you are pregnant. During pregnancy, you want to protect your yoni well, but also relax the pelvis.
