Detox & Feminine Awakening Retreat

During this 3-day Detox & Feminine Awakening Retreat, Joyce mol, Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Coach, Cacao, Moon & Womb Facilitator guides you in detoxing yin yoga practices, a womb healing ritual and fascia therapy. It is time to let go of old versions of you, and create space for who you desire to be. This retreat is focused on the wood element which is active during spring. It is about personal growth, letting go of frustration, and awakening your senses.

During your stay you will sleep at Domaine Les Clos des Buis which is owned by Jean-Phillipe and Pascal. A beautiful Domaine with gites and a guesthouse in the Southwest of France in Cazals. There is a pool, jacuzzi and the rooms are very colorful and stylish!

Program

– Upon arrival, we start with an opening circle.
– Afterward there will be a dinner served + detoxing breathwork & meditation session before going to bed
– On the second day in the morning, we start with a detox yoga class
– Followed up with a detox juice
– For lunch a chef will cook healthy meals (vegan, vegetarian or with fish and meat)
– In the afternoon, we will host the cacao & rite of the womb ceremony + the body positivity circle
– End of the afternoon, the photoshoots will happen
– In the evening, there will be a dinner arranged by a local chef
– Before bed-time there will be a soft yin class with meditation and breathwork
– The next morning we will end with a detox yin yoga class and closing circle before everyone is heading home

There is an option to stay longer upon request for 110 per night extra in a room or 130 extra per night in a gite.
